Kathryn E. Song
Kathryn E. Song is a 2003 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. Ms. Song graduated cum laude from New York University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science (double major).
In 2010 Ms. Song joined Avelino Nitkewicz LLP as part of its Litigation and Estate and Tax Law Departments. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Song was associated with a large prominent New Jersey law firm concentrating in commercial litigation, real property litigation and real property tax assessment appeals/certiorari.
Currently Ms. Song litigates a wide range of complex civil matters for Avelino Nitkewicz LLP including Business and Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation and Real Estate Litigation. Ms. Song also works with individuals and commercial clients in tax certiorari proceedings to challenge real estate tax assessments and reduce real estate taxes.
