Biographical Information:
Vincent J. Imbesi is currently attending Columbia University, pursuing a Masters Degree in Management.  He is a 2002 graduate from Syracuse Law School.  Mr. Imbesi graduated from the University of Maryland, (Baltimore) in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.  While at Syracuse Law School he was awarded the CALI Excellence For The Future award, for achieving the highest grade in Business, Finance & Economics Law.

In 2004, Mr. Imbesi joined The Avelino Law Firm to head the firm’s Securities Arbitration Division. Prior to joining The Avelino Law Firm, he was a trial attorney with the Law Office of John Allen, a law firm which specializes in representing clients in NASD arbitrations. Mr. Imbesi worked at the law firm of Singer Frumento (now Duane Morris LLP) during the two summers he attended law school. Singer Frumento represented stockbrokers and broker/dealers in NASD arbitrations.

Since becoming an attorney, Vincent J. Imbesi has obtained millions of dollars in awards and settlements on behalf of his clients.  He has obtained favorable NASD arbitration verdicts in New York City and has represented clients from across the United States and internationally, in NASD arbitration.

Currently Mr. Imbesi litigates securities cases for The Avelino Law Firm and heads the firm’s Athlete Representation Department. He also represents clients in estate planning matters.

Licenses & Organizations:
Vincent J. Imbesi is currently a member of New York State Bar Association and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.  Vincent has passed the Series 7, 63 & 65 Federal and State securities exams and was registered as an NASD broker.  Mr. Imbesi is also a licensed sports agent.
